Hey guys. I recently started working 2:30-11:00 as instock for a wal-mart super center so you know we have to lift a lot of weight. we have trucks that come holding about 3500 peices so we have to unload it and then pull it out to the floor. what im trying to get at is: i work out really good in the morning then i go to work and do my job, but at the end of the day i feel REALLY tried out and achy every where but espeacially the areas i worked out. does anybody have any suggestions for me? i dont want to stop working out and i dont want to quit my job. Help Please!

All I can say is your job is a workout in itself.
This male bodybuilder had a job of lifting heavy stuff out of trucks and moving it, he was all tired from a hard days work. The next day it was his squat workout day, his muscles were all fatigued but he still continued and on the 8th rep of his squats he broke his back.

Nutrition. You need more caloric intake, quality will go a long way. You need foods that will sustain energy levels, eat constantly, graze.

I was going to post what BB1 posted. It all has to do with your quality of food and how much.
