Losing last bit of belly fat

I had a baby almost 2 years ago and have lost all the weight plus some but i still have this little bit of soft squishy fat on my tummy. I ran a marathon in may and am currently training for another one in oct so i get tons of exercise. I try eat pretty well. Is there a supplement that i can take to help burn the last bit off? I'm down to about 14 - 16% body fat. I got it tested a few months ago but don't remember the exact amount all i remember that is was low.

Any advice?
Also any good exercises for toning the saddlebags? They really aren't bad except for when i lay down they are.

You get tons of cardio, but what about weight training? That will be a key ingredient to getting rid of the rest of the fat.

"I try to eat pretty well" that is the biggie - get on the right nutrition plan and you will see results. I would guess, from my experience with runner, that you probably don't eat enough and you probably don't get enough protein, but that is just a guess. I would have to see a typical day's meals to know how to help you get better results.
