i'm 20 years old 5'4 and 133 lbs!I went from 120 to 133 in 2 months!I've tried everything to lose weight.I'm not over weight but i have big legs.I've tried eveything that i know of!I want to get rid of my legs and cellulite.I'm going to the beach in august and i would really like to wear shorts.I know I don't have that much time to lose but i would like to try!!!Can anyone help me?

You obviously have a tendancy to put the weight on in the legs. Sound like that's where a good chunk of the 13lbs went. You absolutely need to get your diet in order and determine how and why you put on the weight. Wt training will help as well. Full body workouts which include squats, lunges, Dead lifts, rows, pushups, pull downs, presses etc. Cardoi a few times a week (look up HIIT) will help as well. Good luck!

I'm 29 years old and 5'6 I feel that my thighs are the weightiest part of my body. After I put on the weight from my breakup it felt different putting on my pants. I do squats rollerblade and bike ride which seemed to help.
