My right arm is much bigger than my left because I used to pitch in college, so I worked my pitching arm much more. I've been told that your arms will become symmetrical after working out over time. Is this true or due I need to do more sets with the smaller arm? Thanks

Is one stronger than the other one.

Always start with weaker one first and stop as soon as the weaker arm fails even if the stronger arms has more in it.

You will always have an imbalance (for the most part), some worse than others. Is it a noticeably visable difference? If so I would recomment more dumbbell work than barbell. Barbell work will allow you to cheat and do more work with the dominant arm for the most part.

I wouldn't necessarily do any "extra" with the weak arm, do as Pemdas said though and do the same and they will even out.
