In addition to my fitness plan here on FT, would it be okay to add a half hour of aerobics on rest days, or would that be overdoing it? I know that working out too much can have a negative effect, but I'm not quite sure where that line is.

What are your goals? If it's to lose weight, I don't see why not.

Yep- Trying to lose weight. I just want to make sure I don't do anything stupid haha= I tend to be pretty uninformed when it comes to fitness.

Cardio on the off days should be fine. But keep an eye on the diet, too.

That's good news... However, my diet happens to be my weakest point, possibly even weaker than my motivation issues... I live in New Orleans- It's all about good food here!

Food/diet not the extra cardio will make or break your weight loss.

I know, and that's why I have such an issue-- I have a HUGE problem with my diet and eating the right foods. That's the biggest thing I'm fixing now.
