My lover has two almost herniated disks. Her back is getting really bad and she's starting to lose feeling in her leg. She was doing physical therapy when she first hurt it and it was helping. Now that the physical therapy is done, she's having trouble again. Does anyone know of any exercises that will help her?

She needs to go back the therapy, see a better specialist or do what she was doing when it was getting better.

Bottom line allot of these therapist and such don't know or do crap for you but a temporary fix.

I went to Kaiser 2 time in 15 years for lower back bulging disc and it was with some doc and therapist and I got the same result and that was FIX IT MYSELF IN THE GYM because they didn't do crap for me!

They didn't even bother to look for or fix the muscle imbalances that will cause irritation, they have a book of same shit they use on everyone and don't treat you as an individual and they swear by it. Well I swear places like Kaiser sucks really bad at back issues so I hope she don't have Kaiser.

My wife had terrible back pains and went to the chiro and everything. He had her doing bodyweight exercises that they had everyone doing that were the exact same movements she was doing in the gym, but with weights! I kept wondering why we were paying for that when it was something she was already doing. Job security for them I think.

Anyway, I'm not a professional and definitely am not giving advice here but I agree with SFGiants.
