Hey i dont understand it. i am stuck at 235lbs for 2 week now. 5 times a week i run at night i have been eating heathier, 3 times a day, and stop drinking pop, except i have started drinking diet pepsi and water. i dont really go to the gym that often anymore. Just twice a week. Any suggestions way i am stuck? Is it because i am not weight training enough or am i eating too many calories (i dont keep track on my calories)

I i know what i am doing wrong. I did some research on diet pepsi. Although it has low calories and no surger it accually somehow helps the body store fat. So all i am doing is making myself store the fat which i want to get rid off. LOL i guess the only thing healthy for you to drink is water. I am glad i found this out, know i can fix my mistake.

I don't think it is as much the diet pepsi as it is actually your diet/exercise.
It sounds like you have made some progress to get down to 235...right? You need to clean up your diet a little more, take another step in the right direction. Change up your cardio. Instead of doing the same thing 5 days a week, do that 3 times and then bike twice, or swim, or do sprints. Just do something different so that your body isn't adapting to your cardio.
Also weight training is a great thing. You should be doing this more than 2 times per week. Drop to 4 times cardio and 3 times weights at least.
