Ok, while I am on my cycle, should I be doing weights? How about treadmill, or take it down to a walk. I have had endometriosis before and I have a heavy cycle.....and I still cramp. I'm also perimenipausal( I'll be 46 next month) . Any thoughts on this one?

YEs! Do everything as you normally would during your menstrual. Exercising actually helps alleviate the cramps, at least for me. :)
