1. Running/Jogging/Walking
2. Dancing
3. Crunches/Sit Ups

#'s 1 and 2 with proper diet!

Diet is the key and exercise is and extension to your diet.

Diet without exercise will work but take much longer.

Diet without resistance training with just make a smaller version of what you are now and will not do to much of the reshaping of the body!
