I have been working out for over a years now, i run about 4 miles 5 days aweek, i to weight training 4 days aweek, how come i have not lost any weight, or inches in the last 6 months? i thought that maybe i hit a plateau, so i intensified my workout, still nothing and i have been going strong for so long.... i am getting to the point where i am ready to give up! help!!!

Exactly, take a look at your diet. Like Tim said, you might have gained muscle while indeed you lost fat. There fore no weight difference.
