Hi I am new to this site. I have limited resourses but would love to know how to lose weight and tone my stomach in a healthy but quick way. Has anyone found anything particularly helpful?
Not what you want to hear, but it is mainly your diet. Start out cutting the bad foods gradually. Stay away from fried foods altogether. The next week cut back or quit soda. Start eating more chicken and vegetables and become more active (walking, jogging, etc.)
