I did a search on Lipo 6 on this forum and I haven't seen any recent questions regarding this product since 06. I was wondering if since then has anyone used this product, if so what were your results and were there any side affects?? I am considering purchasing this product to aid my weight loss. I have changed my diet and work out 5 day's per week.

yeah , it's probably the same deal as hydroxycut : it'll help speed up the process but only if you also change your diet and excerise (not to mention that products like hydroxycut seem to have ALOT of negative side effects).
i found a review of Lipo 6 , the guy was heavily overweight and he managed to drop 24 pounds or so with the help of Lipo 6 , HOWEVER , he did state alot of powerful and negative side effects , such as insomnia among other things. You've also got to remember that alot of these products use very high amounts of caffine , which may be benefical to fat burning at the start , but the body quickly adapts it.
Infact , a cup of coffee a morning (minus any sugary/creamy concoctions) may be more beneficial to you then these will.

i am currently on my second cycle of lipo 6..
with about a month break in between..
like most thermogenics it increases your body tempature which in turn helps in burning fat and/or calories..
i get slightly perspired under the arms throughout the day and alittle *anxious* in the a.m if i take it on an empty stomach (which btw it suggests NOT to do)...after awhile (4 wks or so) i get adrenaline burn-out as well...basically i become completely exhausted and very very cranky..hehehehe...
every product effects everyone differently so i cant say what it will do for you..it has *aided* in my body fat reduction but not in weight loss...however i already eat fairly clean, workout consistent and hard as well. I am somewhat already lean too...
if you should decided to take this product be sure to consult your physician if you have currently have/had any health problems and follow the directions on the bottle...dont have any preconceived expectations or you could be very dissapointed in the end...
good luck :D
-------------- There is no such thing as a *set point*. Im only set on getting past this point :)
