i'm new and have just started this week, but as i'm going along i wondered if anyone had any advice on how to get better ankle and calf definition?
havent got the best genes for ankles in my family does that matter?
are nice ankles and calves in your genes or in your effort?

thanks Emma

to get better definition...focus on going through full range of motion during calf raises....as much up and down as u can...dont use momentum...do it slowly with a sec pause at top and bottom...really squeeze your calves when you rise up on your toes....

dont forget to ATG squat and deadlift...:)

thanks for the constructive comments i will work on them,

conan_0822 no point having a great, fit and healthy body when you feel your ankles are your let down, so if there is something i can do, I WILL. :) :) but thanks for the comment.

no point having a challenge if you have no intention of completing it :)
