Im trying to tone up by taking in fewer calories, cleaning up the diet etc etc. Im happy with my overall muscle right now however I would like my chest to look a little bigger and fuller. Anything I can do?? I know you cant gain muscle and lose fat at the same time so im thinking I might just want the impossible for now. Anyone know of anything that might work? Any suggestions would be great! thanks
In order to get a bigger and fuller chest you need to eat more and lift heavy. That won't be possible if you are also trying to lose fat on a caloric deficit.
