Has anyone ever tried this? Can you please give some feedback as to how it help u gain. Also would this be ideal for a hard gainer to gain lean muscle by lifting intensely everyday?

Calories. If you simply cannot eat enough, this may be a help. For instance add 200 calories worth of this drink with each meal, say you are eating 5 meals, is 1K extra calories.

Normally, good food and plenty of it is the best way to increase your calories. Many commercial weight gainers have many additives. Read the label carefully.

Mmm, i've been reading about Cytosport's Gainer, will that be better for me than Pro Complex Gainer? And should i actually follow the recommended dosage? For example, with PCG someone said its better to take half a scoop twice a day (1 full scoop per day). Is that ideal?

like bb1fit said....its better to get your calories from real foods if you can...my protein shake suggests 2 scoops..i usually only have one..i get the majority of my protein from whole foods....

so if you want to cut back on what the suggested serving is that could be ok...but be sure to EAT!!!!
