I see tons of people posting here about what diet is best. The word diet is misleading in and of itself. Well, your diet is basically just whatever you happen to eat on a daily basis.
Odds are, if you are posting here asking about diets, you are not eating very healthy or are unhappy with the weight your eating habits have led you to. But, you can learn how to eat "clean", but the changes in the way you eat are probably so drastic that you won't stick with it!!!
So, start by changing 1-2 things in your diet, i.e cut out sodas,switch from sour cream to fat-free sour cream, whole milk to skim milk, etc.....That doesn't necessarily mean the changes you make are the BEST, but they are better than what you were doing before. Then add 1-2 changes every couple of weeks. I speak from experience here, your body is an amazing creature of adaptability. Before long the changes that you make that seemed impossible at first, will become habit.
Then you simply fine tune your eating choices and continue the cycle. Before you know it, you are no longer on a "diet" you are on the journey to a healthy LIFESTYLE!!!
