I have just a little bit of loose skin in my abdominal area and i also have love handles from having my child. i hate all of it, when i where jeans my love handles hang over my pants and my shirts never stay over them. i want to get rid of my loose skin and tighten my muscles and i also want to get rid of my love handles, i am a size 5 and i would like to be a size 3.
I also want to make my legs and my glutes stronger and more toned. what do you suggest for these issues.
I am getting married in august so i need to get started now.
