I am a lean 5'10" male of about 170 pounds and am looking to gain some muscle mass, just enough to look toned and not BIG. I also am interested in getting some cardio in to get the blood flowing and the heart pumping for health reasons. Is combining cardio and lifting counterproductive for my goals?
