When you first found freetrainers, and you had alot of questions and you maybe didn't have clue how to phrase them, and you might have argued with every bit of advice given....
I am by no means innocent of losing my patience and snapping at people, but please try to remember that we want this to be a welcoming site where people will find solutions to their challenges in getting healthier and fitter.
If you can't say anything helpful, or you can't direct them to an answer or you are simply in a bad mood - please refrain from posting. I know, some people just seem to ask to be flamed, they beg to have scathing, sarcastic comments directed at them..but remember, not everyone can handle that and it creates a feeling of exclusiveness and is not very welcoming.
Humor and sarcasm have their place in posts with memebrs you know and can joke around with, but for new memebrs it can be intimidating and hurtful.
We were all beginners once, no one walks into the gym the first time knowing what to do. You have to remember that until someone shows you how to fit in an exercise routine, or how to shop for healthy foods, or how to make better choices you can be so stuck in your current habits that they eclipse your line of vision - making it difficult to see that there are other ways to do things and other ways to get past the things you see as obstacles to getting fit.
So - Kumbaya and all that :) I am not asking that everyone be lovey-dovey and fizzy wuzzy - just be helpful and patient. I think it all comes back to you eventually.

Permanence, perseverance and persistence in spite of all obstacles, discouragements, and impossibilities: It is this, that in all things distinguishes the strong soul from the weak.
