I'd recommend the 100% natural stuff. The ingredients should read "peanuts, salt". No added oils or preservatives. There's usually a half-inch layer of oil on top. Just drain most of it off and stir the rest into the jar of peanut butter. I think it tastes soooooo much better than the PB my mom gave me when I was a kid.

Most supermarkets have Smuckers brand, it is just natural peanut butter(peanuts and salt). Any health food store has lots of varieties, I love Almond butter and they will have Cashew butter too. I am the peanut butter king! I actually crave peanut butter when dieting. Ditch the Skippy and the Jif.

I agree ditch the processed stuff. You also need less as it has more taste.
