ok..i was looking over my exocise program..and it shows that i wld need free weights..adn i dont have any kind of machines or anything..and i dont think i will be able to get to a gym..cant afford it)..what do i do??!!..:(
I use reistance band myself from time to time tos witch it up. I really only started doing variations of pushups and squats that is it. Do that for a while.
Whitney, in your profile it says you are looking to lose 75 lbs in the next 12 weeks. That is kind of extreme, you need to look for smaller, more gradual decreases in weight. 1-3lbs a week is an excellent start.
