I read a couple posts that stated that some fat was good to take with your POW. Why is this? What fats should i take? Thanks

I don't know where you read that, but it isn't right - fat will slow down the absorption of the protein and carbs - not what you want PWO.

I heard the same thing. Taking good fats with PWO ensure better absorbtion of proteins.

I think I`ve read it in Vince Gironda`s book.

I thought I heard BB1fit say this? Apparently the fat helps to slow down the digestion of the protein, which i thought I remember reading was a good thing? I was just looking for clarification.
