Hmmm... I was surprised when i went to the scale and found myself that i have lost 4 pounds on 2 weeks..I was really happy.. Just sharing success here.. 147 - 142.5..

My exercise = 4 days a week, MWFS,
TTH = 20 Minutes HIIT
My exercise is a full body workout with abs emphasis.
Sunday = REST DAY =)

My diet = Lots of egg whites, wheat bread, meat , fish and green vegetables. Brown rice sometimes

My snack most of the time = 2pcs wheat bread with low fat cheese, alternating with protein shake

5:30 PM = Time when i stop eating..

I hope this help for new comers and those people who are losing their determination...

Im planning to have my cheat day on sunday, i really miss the good food hahahaha... Cant wait to take a bite on KFC's original recipe chicken....

Ummm, I hope you didn't mean what that sounded like you meant. I had to delete it... anyhow, if you are getting weaker maybe you aren't eating enough calories.
