i just started working out prob. about 2 and ahalf months ago. i can definitely tell i am gaining strength but i beleive im lacking in building muscle. :cool: i know i know you gotta bulk up to gain more muscle but is that the only way to gain new mucsle? im bout 5'10 amd 170lbs any suggestions or tips? im still new to this and am a beginner.:big_smile:
