i'm 25 5'4 and about 127 lbs... i go to the gym on lunch 4-5 days a week, i do 33 minutes of the elliptical on all of those days, i want to start a weight routine on the machines that are there... if i only did 1 day for 35 minutes a week would i see results, or should i do 2? is it okay if i cut down to 3 days a week of cardio? any suggestions?

Cut cardio to 3 days and add weight training 3 days or more.

also do a search on HIIT that cardio requires less time with so far as I can tell better results....also make sure you are managing your diet you could do all the cardio and lifting you want but if diet isnt right your results wont be either

The most important thing is your attitude. If you don't have correct attitude and motivation to keep it going. It is going to be tough.
