pipa - that is awesome that your jeans are loose in the legs! That is results! Keep it up - tummy fat is often the hardest to get rid of. A few t hings to watch - that you are getting enough fiber, but not drastically incraesing your fiber all at once (can cause blaoting) . Gradually incraese you r fiber intake until it is 25g or maor daily. With a lot of fibrous veggies and complex fibrous carbs, you should be hitting that, but if you find you aren't, try something like benefiber (sugarfree) I add it to my water bottle before I mix in the crystal lite - don't even notice it.

Also be sure you are drinking enough water to help cut down on water retention.

Watch your sodium intake, if you drink plenty of water it shouldn't be an issue, but high sodium intake can cause some bloating.

Give it a couple more weeks - you should see the waist getting losser, too.:)
