I am currently recooperating from foot surgery. I am currently non-weight bearing on the right foot, broken bone, screws, etc. What floor exercises can I do for thighs. I was working out 3/week before surgery. Also some upper body work w/out hurting my foot.

You can do most upper body stuff seated, without involvin gyour foot.

Your foot injury/repair sounds very similar to my mother's, hope you recover well.

try doing side lying leg lifts, things like that for your thighs while recuperating. You could also work your abdominals.
