when i work out i hardly sweat and i was wondering if maybee im not working hard enough or not doing enough reps or what but my muscles are definately sore the next day just would like to know anyones thoughts
It could be that you aren't drinking enough water during the day and thus your body doesn't have much to sweat out. Or you could just be a person who doesn't sweat much.
Do you sweat when you play basketball, or soccer or anything like that? If so the reason you don't sweat when you lift weights is because you don't have your heart rate high enough for a long enough period. This is personal preference, some folks lift with short breaks and get their heart rate higher and others wait more and don't.
If you're seeing the results you want than I wouldn't worry about it.
