I really need to loose 20 pounds, HOW?

I want to loose 20 lbs before I graduate from college in May of 2007. I am going on spring break in a month and want at least ten of those pounds gone. Is that possible to do in a month? I have been going to the gym everyday this week.

Safe weight loss is about 2 to 3 pounds a week. This will vary and you may lose more in the beginning. So, mathematically, close to ten pounds is possible.

Stick to a healthy diet and continue to exercise.

ok, thanks! I have lost weight in the past, but this last bit of weight just doesnt seen to want to come off! Thank you for your advice. I hope I can do it!! :)
