I'm new to weight training and figured I'd post this here for you more advanced trainers. When I do my crunches, leglifts, and trunk twists, I 'm gonna reach a point where my body weight alone won't be as effective as it was in the beginning. How can I add weight to these excersises?

Hold a weight plate or weighted ball on your chest or over your head for crunches, hold a weighted ball between your feet for leg lifts. I don't do trunk twists, but I guess you could add weight there, too.
