Hey guys, this is my first post. WHHOOOOO!!
Anyways I'm at my 3rd week, with one of this programs they offer and its great. The Site is amazing with everyone putting in their input and I just thought I should start inputing some stuff as well.
I'm 20 years old, 6 foot 4, 200 pounds, relatively proportioned body(I guess,got a little mini gut)
15" arms, 44" Chest, 35" waist, 25" thighs
I was 17 and 175 pounds, being 6'4" I was made fun of alot for being skinny, so believe it or not, I took D-bols and added 20 pounds which were lost after a bit, but I guess my metabolism slowed down so now I'm able to gain weight.
I'm at the gym usually 4-5 days,
Strength Training/and trying to lose the gut.
Ever since I took steroids when I was young I've had a habit of throwing up on random occasions, but for awhile that stopped, but now, when I work-out (intense) Right after I stop working out, and I mean right after I have to run to the bathroom and for some reason I throw up.
And I hear a lot of people say that its steroids, but I'll have you know it wasn't steroid abuse which everybody thinks is what steroid taking is, mine was steroid use not steroid use while back.
Could it be from the steroids still affecting me?
Or could it be working out intensely which I've only really starting intense for 4 weeks?
By the way this site and all your inputs are a million times better than any advertise sites, shows, even trainers.
Thank you

Interesting question, I know we have a post about why you might puke after/during a workout, try searching 'puke' in fitbuddy at the bottom of the screen.
I don't know why the steroids would cause vomiting....
glad to hear you are natural now and glad you like the site, I hope someone else may be able to answer your question better than I have, but my guess would be just that you are training very intensely, which can cause puking.
I will do a search and see if I can find anything more...

How long have you been off the steroids? I don't know what their half-life is, but if you haven't been off them very long, could be still affecting your system?

Well to tell the truth and not hide behind the bushes, I had used a pro-steroid last year, M1T's. I never knew that would be one side affect. I know that you can reduce all the symptoms you get, so I got I forgot what they were called, but it was a cleansing pill of your liver, and I thought that would help. Before when I used to be on steroids I only vomitted when I hadn't drank water for awhile and that my throat was dry, and the feeling would come. But now Im drinking water to the good extent, but now I only throw up right after I workout, when I stop.
