Your not eating enough foods then if your still hungry.
If your not trying to lose weight then you need to eat more or your diet intake is too low as your trying to lose weight. -------------- Knock-Um Down & Keep-Um Down! |

Their is your answer your not eating enough.
In order to furn fat to lose weight you have to eat. At your activity level your way under your calorie needs and this is going to hurt you not help you you need to eat more good foods. -------------- Knock-Um Down & Keep-Um Down! |

Depends on what you are eating for breakfast and your other five meals a day.

Fibrous foods will help when you are dieting. The key to feeling satiated when dieting(calories below maintenance) is nutrient dense rather than calorie dense. -------------- "If it ain't broke, you aren't trying." |

Always eat before you workout and since it's early day eat after.
Eat Eat Eat Eat but you must learn what your intake levels are so you can judge how much to eat. -------------- Knock-Um Down & Keep-Um Down! |

Sorry - somehow I totally missed this part of the post.
Add some almonds or walnuts to your snack, you can use the good ft and the small amount of protein, even better, have a small serving of protein, like 1/2c cottage cheese in addition to the apple and nuts. Add some extra veggies and lowfat dip to lunch have a small abked potato with luinch and a small baked sweet potato or 1/2c brown rice with dinner. That should give you enough healthy carbs to fuel your system and still lose bodyfat. You could also have a small protein snack before bed. ============ Quoting from coconutgirl: I am trying to loose, 10lbs....
