I am looking for a workout regimen specifically for bowling. I own a treadmill, weight set & bench, and an "Ab Lounge". My specifics are listed in my profile. Thanks.

OK here we go again!

Depends on your level and if your just a league bowler I would say Barbell Squats, deadlifts, Bulgarian Squats, Walking Lunges all will help aid you in better and stronger approach and post at the line. total back and abs will help you stay upright especially at the line.

Shoulder work especially rotary movements are nice and arm workouts to keep the tendinitis away.

I lift heavy and I lift 4 days a week and I'm still flexible because I stretch everyday.

Personally at my level I need a gym to train for Bowling because they have allot more to offer and utilize.
