Touchy subject for me, but I'll give ya my 2 cents Low rep high weights, free weights! If you look at all the people just through all the forums who wanna gain mass/or have the mass their mottos usually can be found with a comment about lift heavy or go home
Proper overload of the muscle will induce the muscle to get stronger thus bigger. This is accomplished by using heavy weights, proper rest and diet. Using heavier weights involve less reps.
