What do I need to do to pack on chest muscle? I mean, is there anything I can do to really add some mass? I already workout, but my chest is lackluster. I really want to add some inches there, if possible.

A starting point would be to find your maintenance calorie level. Then you can add calories to your diet (make sure it's a clean diet) and go from there. Diet is the major battle, along with having a routine to go with it.

Tenor with the calorie uptake,I would stick with the Bench press, and the Incline press, and probably the decline bench every other week. and do Heavy sets of five for five sets, that is after a good warm up.

What I did to boost my chest was dropping flat bench from my schedule. All I do in benching is decline and incline. It worked for me and some of my friends, but you got to eat healthy, but at the same time pack on a little bit of fat. Also, weighted dips are excellent to get your triceps and pecs burning. While doing dips for your pecs you want to go as low as possible (if you havn't done them in a while you will feel a hell of a stretch) then push yourself back to starting.

Include FLYS into your work outs...they add muscle to the inside and bottom of the chest area :)

tenor, I picked up a few tips here that have really helped me with chest.

1) Do shoulders/chest same day but do shoulders 1st. That's so your shoulders will be tired and the chest will take over on chest exercises.
2) when you grip the bar on bench, pretend you are trying to slide your hands inward. Don't move them but press them inward.

It has really worked for me so far. I was like you and couldn't ever build my chest. After doing these two things, I have been more sore in my chest than ever before which tells me I am hitting the muscles better than ever before :)
