Hi. I am 17 years old and i am six foot two inches tall. i weight 233 pounds and i want to get down to less than 200 by june of 2007 any advice would be great.
If it is anything like it was when I was in it will be Pushups, Situps, and lots of running. Ravenbeauty's advice is a great place to start. Good Luck.
