This is probably a daft question, but I've been the same weight now for about 8 months (73kg).I am lifting weights 4 times/week with very little cardio.I want to put on about another 6kg.Do I just need to start eating more??,to gain the weight/muscle. Should I perhaps start to eat an extra meal a day.I am lifting heavy.I may have answered my own question, any comments appreciated. Thanks

Diet is the key to your progress in the gym. If you are staying the same(which means you are eating at maintenance), then increase your calories by around 500 per week to begin. Do this progressively(but smart to avoid excessive fat gain) till you start to see progress.
