I'm 17 years old and am trying to gain muscle. (like most people) Over the past 2 months i've icreased my weight from 171 to 189. I have gained quite a bit of muscle but it came with some fat which is inevidible. I know that this is unrealistic but is there a way that i can lose some fat with out losing any of the muscle that i've gained and continue to gain muscle?
