I'm 17 years old and am trying to gain muscle. (like most people) Over the past 2 months i've icreased my weight from 171 to 189. I have gained quite a bit of muscle but it came with some fat which is inevidible. I know that this is unrealistic but is there a way that i can lose some fat with out losing any of the muscle that i've gained and continue to gain muscle?

You are only 17, test levels should be more than adequate. You have a better shot at it than someone older, though still difficult to do.

any ideas on how i should eat. Should i lower the calories but keep the protein up there? im lifting 3 times a week and cardio 2-3 times a week.
