Hey Everyone.
I've been slowly trying to incorporate push-ups into my program. However, when I do the push-ups, I get a tinglying, almost pins-and-needles-like sensation at my left arm.
Why is this? Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks

are you doing pushups while your muscles are cold? Doing any warmups exercises at all? That usually helps and gets the blood circulating. Also, are you doing the pushups in the proper form?

how big are you? are you overweight or not? since when did u start working out? do you have joint issues?
im just speculating, but it seems to me like you have a nerve thats getting over-stimulated, most likely in a joint. my brother had that when doing squats after having ripped his ACL. if it doesnt go away see a doctor.

Sorry, for the late response..
I doubt that I'm doing them while my muscles are cold, because its about the 4th exercise I do on that program. I'm not too sure about my form though, I'll get someone to check that for me next time.
I'm about 5'4" weighing 54kgs and have been working out for the past 2-3years. I don't think I have any joint problems but just incase, EEEK!! I wouldn't wanna hurt myself even more! so yea, I'll definitely go see someone if it keeps acting up..
 Thanks for your posts..
