I was looking at my exercise schedule for the next week and one of the exercises I have to do is crunches. It asks for the amount of repetitions that I achieve as well as the weight. I understand the reps part but not the weight part. Should I leave that blank or enter my current weight? Thanks

I believe you need to enter a number... unless you're using actual weights, put in a '0.'
