Do I really need to take a fat burner to get rid of that little bit of adipose tissue (fat) that is left between my skin and muscle tissue? I'm toned with defenition and don't want to be to hard. I want to keep a little softer look. But I don't want to look unhealthy. I'm afraid if I take a fat burner I'm going to lose too much and get saggy looking. I hope this makes sense and someone can HELP me.
