Hi how is everyone. I am a 20 y/o collge student I consider my self pretty athletic and in decent shape but I feel like my weigh and level of fitness is slipping. I feel like in the past during high school and such I had the best results in the gym when I had a good work out plan instead of winging it. I was wondering what you guys think of the programs this site makes up for you are they good?

hi matt and welcome to the site, please go ahead and fill out your profile and such, you tend to get more of a response if you do, shows you took the time to do it and thus interested in getting in shape. from my experiences with the programs i find they are very good, they are all adjustable so you can add/remove certain exercises that fit your style and such. i havent heard anyone complain about the individual programs at all. good luck with which whatever one you use and keep and up to date journal, that helps you track losses and gains, very cool stuff. again, welcome and good luck...

Alright I will get right onto that with editing my profile also I think keeping a journal of things will help, does anyone find anything particularly(sp) helpful to keep track of besides sets reps and weight for your exercises

Any workout built on a solid foundation of exercise will work. Be careful of overdoing it, this leads to setbacks...i.e...becoming a 'job' you hate and can't subsequently keep up with due to doing too much in the beginning.

How you felt prior to the workout might be good.
