A couple of months ago, I was playing rugby when I was tackled incorrectly and I consequently seperated my shoulder. I went to the ER and my shoulder was immobilized for over a month. I now no longer feel regular pain from my shoulder, but I have noticed that my flexibility is no longer there and I do feel pain when I try to stretch my arm up behind my back. Does anyone know any specific stretches, or exercises that will help get my shoulder back into shape?
