I was wondering, I am not that active and I want to start working out. I figured working out about 3 to for days would be good. But my problem is I don't go to the gym, I have one of those Gazzeles made by Tony Little. My problem is once I am on it for about 10 Minutes my right foot hurts, I have tried using this machine with and without shoes and I don't get the pain quit as fast with out the shoes. Does any one have any ideas? I have no problem walking in my shoes, why is it hurting when I use this machine? It would be very much apriciated for the help!:)

Have you tried tying the shoes loosely. Could be your feet swell more on the Gazzelle causing pressure points. Or maybe different shoes altogether.
