well dude as I know you have to burn fat and to do so you'll have to run at least 45-60 min. 15-30 doesnt work so dont think about those little numbers. If you can run more than 1 hour is great but also dont push yourself to the limit since you have to gain resistance first in order to go past an hour, Also the speed at which you are running has to be constant, of course with a warm up to heat up the muscles and at the end with a warm down to relax them. If anyone needs to add something else feel free ;)

That's all a bunch of bull##$%!

In order to lose weight you need to eat under a maintenance level period, you'll have to find your maintenance level!

Best thing to do is count every crumb you eat & drink and get the total number of calories you eat and drink in a whole day and do this for a week and then get an average total then do it again for 1 more week, then start a proper diet!

Lifting weights and cardio is a super plus and will definitely help tons and speed things up not to mention the healthy gains, strength gains, endurance gains, reshaping of the body and much more!

Oops you either need to eat under maintenance or eat at maintenance and work harder, gym and stuff like that!

yes sassy....MVP is right...take it from me...you can run all day long...but if you aren't watching what you eat...you won't lose like you want...add weights to your routine and you will see major differences...I know it's frustrating, but stick with it and you will see results...good luck and welcome to FT!:)
