I like the green tea myself....don't expect to lose the 20 pounds it boasts...but it does give me a little energy boost,and it takes the edge off of cravings...doesn't take it away...but I can feel if I've taken it or not...read the link slorbets sent you...it's a good idea to have at least some idea of what you're taking.
