how often should i do flat and incline bench press? should i do 3 sets of 10 of both everyday? If not how often should i do the incline and flat press? I'm really trying to tone my upper body fast. I have the equipment but not sure how to use it. I'm 6ft and weigh 315.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

How often you work out is up to you and your conditioning. I assume you haven't looked at the Exercise Resources at the top of the page. There is a workout for just about any goal and it will take most of the guess work out of it till you figure out what it takes. I doubt that very many on here will recommend doing the same workout every day.... Most of us do a 3, 4 or even a 5 day split. I personally hit each major muscle group twice a week. I just re-read your question - Check out the workouts and you'll see that they aren't divided by flat or incline bench press. You'll be doing by body part so the exercises that hit for example, chest, will all be done the same day.

Sorry but I won't give advice on how to do a workout that will only lead to problems.

Have you checked out the excercise programs on this site? They work, plain and simple.
