Hello there....I'm new here and I'm having the darndest time finding out what a side lateral and a chin between the chairs exercises are.....and while I'm at it....Dips behind the back and can curls (what size can and how many cans)*****PLEASE HELP*********
Side Lateral: Hold a dumbell in each hand with your arms hanging at your side, raise your arms to the side till they reach about shoulder height. Lower to your side again. That is one rep.
Chins between chairs: Set two chairs apart, wide enough so you can lay between them. Place a broomstick or a barbell on them. Lay under the stick and between the chairs face up. Grab the bar and pull yourself up, bending at the waist. Try to use just your back for this.
Dips Behind Back: Take two chairs or a bench and set them side by side. Place your hands on the chairs behind you. Raise and lower your body using just your triceps.
Hope that helps. There are explanations in the Resources pages. Check 'em out there, too.
