Hi I am 20 years old. I'm 5'5 and 150 pounds. I wanted to know a workout plan or foods that I can eat to reachmy goal. I would like to have a smaller waist, flat stomach, big butt and bigger thighs. Thank you in advance.

Getting a smaller waist/flat stomach is all weight loss based. Stick to a proper diet and exercise for that.
As for the bigger theighs and big butt.... I guess that would be a combination of leg/bum workouts like squats ect
