In my opinion still to much volume for your shoulders. You have 7 sets of presses at 8-10 reps thats a lot of reps. Lat raises and Bent over raises - I would stick to heavy standing military presses.

if all your doing is shoulders and no other upper body exercises I would say it's not too much. You might not want to repeat the same exercises every workout, change is good. Try incorporating front laterals and arnold press as well, and keep your first set as only warm up. You will have great shoulders.

What are your goals misterbig? This will be the main determining factor of what kind of shoulder workout you should do.

how much rest do you get? Also how much do you eat? That is the main thing your going to want to focus on. Then make sure your lifting heavy wieght at low reps. I would stick with a military press or some thing complex like that.

Well, yes, but you will do different things for instance if you cutting usually. Different rep schemes and compound as opposed to adding in isolation stuff for cutting.
